The Constitution Day celebration was held on 23 rd November 2023 at Seminar Hall, CoFE. The event started with Tamil Thaai vaazhthu. A warm welcome address was delivered by Mr.T.Pavithrakumar, Technical club secretary of Students’ Association. The presidential address was delivered by Dean i/c of CoFE, Dr.Mohammad Tanveer. He insists the students of CoFE to know about the history and importance of Constitution. The Chief Guest address was expressed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Secretary, Legal Service Authority, Tmt. C. Karthika, she presented about the meaning of the Preamble and explained the philosophy of the Constitution through the meaning of Justice, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity and also added that the constitution can declare and define the rights and duties of citizens. The programme on Constitution Day was attended by faculty members, non-teaching staff and students of CoFE. On this occasion, various competitions viz., Essay, Drawing, Elocution, Poetry, Mime and Debate were conducted for students to spread awareness about the Constitution and the winners were issued with a certificate by Chief Guest. Vote of thanks was delivered by Mr.K.P.Ahash, Rotract club secretary of Students’ Association. Finally the programme was concluded with National Anthem. The event was organized and coordinated by Dr. M. Ramar, NSS, RRC and UBA Co-ordinator of Students’ Association, Er.S.Monikandon, Vice president of Students’ Association and Er. P. Muthukrishnan, NSS and RRC Staff Advisor of Students’ Association, Mr.S.Noorul Ameen, General Secretary of Students’ Association and Mr. S. Hemanth, NSS and RRC Secretary of Students’ Association, CoFE.
