An Exhibition was conducted in connection with the visit of Honorable Union Minister Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Shri Giriraj Singh to CMFRI, Mandapam. About 500 participants participated in the exhibition; the activities of the DIVF were explained to the Minister and higher officials including Dr.K.Gopal, I.A.S., Principle Secretary to the Government, DAHD&F, with the exhibits and posters related to fishing technology, safety at sea and marine engines.
