CONDUCT OF POEM WRITING, ELOCUTION AND PHOTO IDENTIFICATION COMPETITIONS ON UNSUNG FREEDOM STRUGGLE HEROES OF INDIA INDEPENDENCE DAY QUIZ CONTEST AT R.C. PRIMARY SCHOOL, CRUZPURAM, THOOTHUKUDI DISTRICT BY FISHERIES COLLEGE AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE, THOOTHUKUDI

As a part of Commemoration / Celebration of 75 th Anniversary of India’s Independence Day (Azadi Ka Amri Mahotsav), the Fisheries College and Research Institute, Thoothukudi, one of the constituent units of Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University conducted a programme on Unsung Freedom Struggle Heroes of India and their sacrifice for the freedom at R.C. Primary School, Cruzpuram, Thoothukudi on 12.08.2022.

A total of 82 school students (I to V Std) actively participated in this programme. In this programme, elocution competition, poem writing competition and photo identification of Unsung Freedom Struggle Heroes of India were conducted. Dr.R.Santhakumar, Dean i/c distributed the certificates of merit and participation to the students.

The Dean i/c and all the staff of this institute congratulated the participants. The entire event was coordinated and conducted by Dr.T.Umamaheswari, Assistant Professor and the team members Dr. D. Manimekalai, Assistant Professor and Mr. R. Durairaja, Assistant Professor of this institute.

இந்தியாவின் 75வது சுதந்திர தின (ஆசாதி கா அம்ரி மஹோத்சவ்) நினைவேந்தல் கொண்டாட்டத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாக தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் ஜெ. ஜெயலலிதா மீன்வளப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கீழ் இயங்கும் ஓர் அங்கமான தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக் கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தின் சார்பாக இந்தியாவின் அறியப்படாத சுதந்திரப் போராட்ட மாவீரர்களைப் பற்றியும் சுதந்திரத்திற்காக அவர்களின் தியாகத்தைப் பற்றியும் அறிந்து கொள்ள குரூயஅp;ஸ்புரம் ஆர். சி. ஆரம்பப் பள்ளியில் 12.08.2022 அன்று விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சி நடத்தப்பட்டது. முதலாம் வகுப்பு முதல் ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் 82 மாணவ மாணவிகள் இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்து கொண்டனர். பேச்சு போட்டி கவிதை எழுதுதல் சுதந்திரப் போராட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்ட வீரர்களைக் கண்டறிதல் போன்ற போட்டிகளில் மாணவ மாணவிகள் ஆர்வமுடன் கலந்து கொண்டனர். முனைவர் இரா. சாந்தகுமார் முதல்வர் (பொ) வெற்றிப் பெற்றவர்களுக்கும் பங்கு பெற்ற மாணவ மாணவிகளுக்கும் பரிசுகள் மற்றும் சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கினார். கல்லூரி பேராசிரியர்கள் பங்குப் பெற்ற மாணாக்கர்களுக்கு வாழ்த்து தெரிவித்தனர். இந்நிகழ்ச்சியை முனைவர் த. உமாமகேஸ்வரி உதவி பேராசிரியர் முனைவர் து. மணிமேகலை உதவி பேராசிரியர் மற்றும் ரா. துரைராஜா உதவி பேராசிரியர் சிறப்பாக நடத்தினார்கள்.
