One day On Campus / Online Training on Shrimp Farming

The Department of Aquaculture, Fisheries College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, offered a one day on campus / online training on shrimp farming on 22.06.2016. A total of 22 trainees including 7 women from Thoothukudi district were participated. The primary objectives of this training programme are to impart knowledge and raise their level of awareness about shrimp farming. Techniques of shrimp farming were explained throughout the session, followed by farm demonstrations.

The participants were given certificates by Dr. B. Ahilan, Dean, who also spoke about the significance of the training programme and encouraged the aqua farming community to start shrimp farming. This training programme will pave the way for self-employment by starting their farming practices in the coastal areas. Dr. S.Athithan, Professor and Head of this department is conducted and coordinated the entire whole day training programme.

தூத்துக்குடி மீன்வளக்கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தில் “இறால்; வளர்ப்பு” குறித்த ஒரு நாள் உள் வளாக மற்றும் இணையள பயிற்சி

22.06.2023 அன்று நடை பெற்றது தமிழ் நாடு மீன்வள பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் ஒரு அங்கமான மீன்வளக்கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தின்; கீழ் இயங்கி வரும் மீன் வளர்ப்பு துறையில்; ““இறால் வளர்ப்பு;” குறித்த ஒரு நாள் உள் வளாக பயிற்;சி 22.06.2023 அன்று நடை பெற்றது. இதில் தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டத்தை சார்ந்த 22 பயனாளிகள் (7 மகளிர் உட்பட) கலந்து கொண்டு பயன் பெற்றனர். இப்பயிற்சியில் இறால் வளர்ப்பு பண்ணை தொழில் நுட்பம் குறித்த விளக்க பாடங்களும் செயல் விளக்கமும் அளிக்கப்பட்டது.

இப்பயிற்சியின் மூலம் சுய தொழில் தொடங்குவதற்கான வழி வகைகள் குறித்து துறை பேராசிரியர் மற்றும் தலைவருமான முனைவர் சா.ஆதித்தன் விரிவாக எடுத்து கூறி பயிற்சியை நடத்தினார். இப்பயிற்சியின் நிறைவு விழாவில் மீன்வளக்கல்லூரி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையத்தின் முதல்வர் முனைவர் ப. அகிலன் அவர்கள் பயிற்சியில் கலந்து கொண்ட பயனாளிகளுக்கு சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கினார். மேலும்ரூபவ் தனது உரையில் இப்பயிற்சியின் முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்தும்ரூபவ் பொருளாதாரத்தில் நலிந்த மீனவ சமுதாயத்திற்கு இப்பயிற்சியால் ஏற்படும் மாற்று தொழில்கள் மூலம் வாழ்வாதாரத்தை உயர்த்த முடியும் என்று எடுத்துரைத்தார்.
