RECEIVED AWARD AND SHIELD

Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Chennai organized an International Conference on "Impact of Climate Change on Biodiversity - A Global Perspective" during 11 - 13 July 2024 at Madras Veterinary College, Chennai. Totally 11 students and a staff from this institute actively participated in the conference. They have presented their research findings under various themes in the conference. In this regard, Ms.K.Parkavi, II M.F.Sc. student, Department of Aquatic Environment Management received 1st prize for Best Poster Presentation Award under the theme on "Climate change and its impact on agriculture and allied sciences" and Dr.S.Sundar, Senior Research Fellow of this institute received 3rd Prize for Best Oral Presentation Award under the theme on "Climate change and its impact on Animal Husbandry". Both the Awards carries Certificate and Shield. Dr. B.Ahilan, Dean congratulated the winners and appreciated their performance in the conference. Dr. V. Rani, Professor and Head and ETC Co-ordinator coordinated the students for participation.
