72 nd Independence Day celebration at Institute of Fisheries Biotechnology (IFBT), Chennai

The 72 nd Independence Day was celebrated at Institute of Fisheries Post Graduate Studies (IFBT), Chennai a constituent of Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University. Dr. K. Karal Marx, Dean unfurled the National flag and he addressed the students and staff. He recalled the great leaders who have sacrificed their lives in getting freedom for India. He spoke on the rich resources available in India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and how the Britishers exploited the resources. He reminded the youth of today to strive hard in building a better nation for the future generation. Ms. Abbibrinda, S. I B.Tech and Mr. Jones Noel, S. I B.Tech gave speech on the occasion. Dr. E. Suresh, Assistant Professor proposed the vote of thanks. The students and staff of the Institute of Fisheries Biotechnology (IFBT) and Institute of Fisheries Post Graduate Studies (IFBT) attended the programme.
