TNJFU Inaugurated an Exclusive M.B.A. (Fisheries Enterprises Management) Programme First Time in the Country

On Monday, TNJFU Business School (Fisheries), OMR Campus, Vaniyanchavadi, Chennai, a constituent Institute of Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University inaugurated an exclusive MBA inFisheries Enterprises Management programme. Dr. S. Felix, Vice-Chancellor, TNJFU, inaugurated the programme. In his presidential Address, he said that TNJFU has established a Business School (Fisheries), first of its kind in India ,to foster the growth of Indian Fisheries Industry from “unorganised to organising/partially organised” by imparting various types of Business Education Programs. The Chief Guest, Dr. E. Ilamathian, Director, Amity Global Business School, Amity University, Chennai, said that this Program will definitely give an edge in managing the Fisheries and Aquaculture businesses at optimal utilization of organizational resources with the enhanced entrepreneurial skills and approach. Dr. K. Karal Marx, Dean, Institute of Fisheries Post Graduate Studies, OMR Campus, Vaniyanchavadi, Chennai welcomed the new students and gathering. Dr. M. Ramanan, Program Director, TNJFU Business School (Fisheries) delivered vote of thanks. He also said that 100% placement is assured in addition to assistance to become successful entrepreneur for all MBA students.
