Tamil Nadu Dr.J.Jayalalithaa Fisheries University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the ICAR-National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources (NBFGR), Lucknow in the celebration of 42 nd Anniversary of Foundation Day held at NBFGR, Lucknow on 12.12.2025, for collaboration between the Parties to drive innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in the fisheries sector. Dr. Kajal Chakraborty, Director, NBFGR, Lucknow signed the MoU in the presence of Dr. N. Felix, Vice-Chancellor, TNJFU, Nagapattinam.
The Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor participated as a Chief Guest in the 42 nd Anniversary of Foundation Day celebration held at NBFGR and delivered the Chief Guest address, and he also participated in various programmes organized by the NBFGR, Lucknow on 12.12.2025.
